My name is Audun Berg and I am running an independent managment consulting company with office in Sandnes, Rogaland.  I have special competence and experience within business development, strategy, M&A, international business and financial management.  I have more than 20 years in senior managment positions in Kverneland ASA - 12 years as CFO and 12 years as Director of Business development. 

 

I have also experience as Board member and chairman in external Boards like Ørsta-gruppen AS/Saferoad AS (10 years as Chairman of the Board), Sandnes Sparebank (Board member 12 years).  I am currently the Chairman of the TKS Group - an industrial enterprise with a very interesting growth potential located in the Stavanger region.

When I started my own business I decided to include "my best friend" - the St. Bernard dog Bache as a part of the company visual profile.  The St. Bernard dogs are well known for their excellent achievements as rescue/lavine dogs in snowy conditions.  And Bache has alle these - and even more so.  He (and I) love to spend time in the snow up in the mountains.  Long and good trips in the mountains really adds energy for long working hours during the week.
